The hotel is very cozy and nice, the nature is perfect. Best place to stop for relax for those who tired of city. The food cooked by Mother of the host is the most wonderful I ve ever tried in China. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at Arcadia. The location comes with great views and a quiet calm, there are walking trails starting literally next to the house. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. The service was friendly and relaxed, but also attentive. The communication with the Arcadia team was clear and easy, especially with the dedicated wechatgroup created only for us. We all enjoyed the good food we were served, and the children had great fun making noodles with the chef. The area has lots to offer, even though we only took shorter walks. The bamboo forest is a surreal experience. I cannot recommend Arcadia enough.

I liked everything, the person running the hotel was so helpful. It was a long way from shops and restaurants but he took us in his car which gave him extra pocket money save calling taxi.

The hotel is Nicely furnished.
Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English.
We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

Daisy, the hotel manager, was wonderful. She was always here for us and helped us where she could. The food is great! They also made sure to reduce food waste to a minimum which is great, especially in China.
