The staff is great, very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it's quiet and beautiful, there is a wonderful lake just across from the hotel and a wonderful view of the mountains from the 5th floor. There are plenty of shops around. The breakfast included was consistent and delicious. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were nice details all around the hotel, the place was interesting and tastefully decorated. The place for the tea ceremony was also a very special point. I highly recommend the place

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the night market. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us, helping to arrange both a river cruise and an excursion to the Yangshuo Ruyi walk with the cable car. Their kindness and support made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Riverside Inn is close to the main train station (1.1 km away) next to the river and walking path that connects main point of interest to see. The owner gave me grate advice what to see and how to reach different sites. His english is great. Would recommend it :)

The couple (owners)very friendly, helpful, nice and the wife cooks very good dishes that we ordered from the menu.this is hostel and very good and friendly one, makes you feel like home.the location very convenient to walk around the city.David (the owner)gave us a bag of fresh fruit and a free ride to the pier (more than 30 minutes drive)for the Li riverside cruise.thank you 謝謝🙏

Michelle with her sisters take really good care of their guests. They help you with arranging trips in the area. Good english is also really big plus. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable beds and lovely view from top terasse where you can enjoy evening drink or whatever. They also serve food and drinks at their restaurant. Would definitely come back!

The host was incredibly friendly, professional, and generous. He offered free watermelon every evening, provided complimentary e-bikes, free laundry service, and a delicious free breakfast. He also responded quickly to my visa document requests over email. Overall, the best and most thoughtful host I’ve ever stayed with!
