From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Papouis Hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The first thing that impressed us was the staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was immaculate, the public areas were always well maintained, and the swimming pools were crystal clear every day. The children's water slides were fantastic and became the highlight of the holiday for our kids. We chose the All Inclusive package and it was absolutely worth it. The variety of food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options every day. The afternoon BBQ was outstanding, and the fish dishes were among the best we have ever had at an All Inclusive resort. One thing that really impressed us was the management. After speaking with the owner, we decided to extend our stay, and he offered us a very fair price. It's rare nowadays to find a hotel that genuinely values its guests, and that gesture meant a lot to us. The hotel also organised activities throughout the day, including water aerobics, water volleyball and entertainment for guests, creating a fun and lively atmosphere for families. A lovely touch at check-out was that our children were each given personalised water bottles with their names on them. It was a small gesture, but one they will remember for a long time. Although officially rated as a 3-star hotel, in terms of cleanliness, service, facilities and overall experience, it deserves to be considered closer to a 4-star hotel. It offers outstanding value for money and is one of the best family hotels we have stayed in.
