Communication with the hostess was prompt and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The apartment is clean, cozy, and warm, which is important in the cold season. There's a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed on the balcony, which has been converted into a summer garden. The kitchen has all the necessities. The internet is good, and you can use (TV-box) streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and other services with your account. A good supermarket, Edeka Kipping, is 100 meters away. Parking is free on the street, but you'll have to search a bit to find a spot. The city center is a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop right outside the door, but we didn't use it.

Burg Heimerzheim features rooms in Swisttal. Both free WiFi and private parking are accessible on site.

The room was very clean and seemed almost new. The location was very pretty and easy to park at because of the large parking space. The checkin goes trough a machine so checking in at our own times was possible which made it very comfortable since there was traffic on our way to the hotel.

This place exceed my expectations. It was very roomy for my family of 5. It was also very clean and modern. It was in a good location and felt very safe. The parking spot was definitely a bonus!

The property was easy to find. The owners were friendly and helpful. The property is located in a peaceful area and the views from the terrace are beautiful and relaxing. The property is spacious and very well furnished. The kitchen has everything needed for your stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed. Both Olaf and Barbel were very accommodating even at the onset. Always keen to provide suggestions on which places to eat and transportation options. The property is exceptional in terms of cleanliness and you could see that thoughtfulness was in place in terms of design and the overall vibe of the property!
