We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially traveling with our dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both us and our pet feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The location is also excellent for exploring the area. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

The hotel staff was very kind (also speaking English), the room was very clean and tidy (cleaned during my 2-day stay). I didn't try the breakfast (not enough time). The location was good and safe, 8 minutes of walking from the metro station, which is necessary for a visit in the center of Bonne (picturesque town with museums and many shops). The price was a bit high but worth it. Also 24h reception! The view from my window was calm, looking on a little lake inside the hotel building!

Very clean, comfortable room, helpful staff

Staff at check-in was great. Restaurant and bar on top floor are cool. Room was spacious, modern bathroom. Equipped with bath robes, straight acces to the spa. Quick and affordable room service, when requested new towels where serviced quickly. Service overal was outstanding

I loved everything about this hotel. It was really clean, the staff is super friendly and kind and the breakfast is amazing. Super location really close to the old town.

Easy access to transport links. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms were all what you need, though i had a hole in my bedsheet so went to reception whom were happy for me to move room. As i didn't want to do this they gave me another sheet. Good for a last minute drink on returning from a long day out & the christmas markets.

Locatoon, room space, staff, breakfast, I guess everything. Parking, although a little bit expensive, was a great addition.

The location is beautiful. In the cpurt, its like being in a fairy castle. Rooms have an antique feeling. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, large room, well appointed. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very professional.

An exceptionally comfortable and welcoming boutique hotel, run by an amazing host. Everyhting was above and beyong our expectations - all at a very reasonable cost. Best value for money accomodation of our stay in Europe.

For such a small hotel, it is very well maintained and provides everything needed to discover Bonn on foot. It is very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A helpful staff that responded knowledgeably to my questions about travel, assisting too with taxi service to the Bonn/Koln airport. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and the staff here were friendly and helpful too.

We arrived earlier than expected and the owner did the extra bit to accommodate us as soon as we got there. The staff is helpful and friendly and the location is perfect, right in the centre. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

It is a hotel that I have experienced and was satisfied with. I have no doubt that I will choose it again next time. I can say that there is no better hotel you can stay in the center of Bonn. Helpfulness, understanding and friendliness are at their best. Some comments have commented that the street where the hotel is located is very noisy. but this allows you to be in touch with the city and watch everything culturally. Definitely 10 out of 10 points.

I stayed at Hotel Europa from 30.06. to 02.07. and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is perfect – in the city center. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. A big thank you to the reception team- Jessica and the guy at night shifts. Overall, a lovely and convenient place to stay – I would definitely come back!

The breakfast had a wide range of choices one could select from. I stayed for 3 days and had hearty meals on all 3.
