It was clean comfortable and very close to the centre

The receptionists, Rumeysa and Phamie, were absolute lifesavers and treated me so well. When I told them that the room I was originally assigned to had an uebearable smell, they immediately searched for an available room and they kindly changed my room for me.As me exhausted from a long journey, this was the greatest hospitality. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, and I was really touched by the warmth and kindness of these two receptionists. The common areas are full of encounters, allowing me to create unforgettable travel memories. If I ever come back to Cologne, I will definitely stay here again.

They don't accept cash ,but the guy in front desk helped me with using his card and give him cash , unfortunately I don't know his name but he was so professional and helpful, thank you very much

Great and super large room for the four of us. Warmest day of the year, still room was comfortable. Breakfast we bought additionally (free for our 13 and 15 yo boys)was really good, great selection, nice ambience. Location was good - 15 mins max to Kölnerdom.

Hotel jest czysty, zadbany w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, jeśli ktoś poszukuje noclegu w trasie. Dostępny jest prywatny parking za 10 euro za dobę. Dużym udogodnieniem jest zameldowanie online, dzięki czemu można przyjechać nawet późnym wieczorem.

Beautiful hotel, in the center of Colonge, delicius breakfast, parking. Nice and clean.

Very nice hotel, well situated near the airport and not far from Cologne city centre. The stuff were polite, friendly and helpful. Would recommend any time at all and I'm looking forward to the next time.

It was a great stay! The room was very clean and modern. A great plus was that you could get coffee and water in the lobby at the beginning of your day (aside from breakfast)

The room was absolutely gorgeous, and our receptionist, Amore, was incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first visit to Cologne, and we were thrilled that our room offered a stunning view of the lake. The hotel also has its own paid parking area, which made it so convenient to leave the car and take a short walk to the nearby tram station for easy access to the city center. Breakfast was amazing—definitely one of the best we’ve ever had! The food was so delicious, and we enjoyed it while taking in the beautiful lake view. In the evening, we also had a great time at the hotel bar, relaxing with a friend over drinks. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear other guests if they're being particularly loud or "enthusiastically engaged" (if you catch my drift), but thankfully, it didn’t last long. Our stay was wonderful! The room felt luxurious and was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. To top it off, there was a charming mini Christmas market in the park just behind the hotel, which made the experience even more special. I truly had so much fun and loved every moment of our visit!

Hard to find a better location for a tourist in Köln an this hotel very close to the Dom and the centralstation. Friendly easygoing staff. Quiet nice room. Safety box etc.

I really liked the position of the hotel, it is ideal for visiting the city as it is behind the Cathedral. Starting from there you could be experiencing your best life in Köln. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the view from the windows.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, modern, clean & very centra, I could walk to all the main sites from here & really enjoyed my stay. I ended up at this hotel after checking out early from somewhere else that wasn't ok - the staff were so kind and let me check in early by joining the hotel chain points club. Lovely & quiet, great bathroom and shower.

Excellent location and outstanding service. Luckily, the staff spoke Spanish and we were able to communicate easily. The breakfast was good and the rooms were a bit small. The best part was that they gave us a coupon for a free beer at the bar, and they were delicious.
