The apartment was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. It truly felt like home. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with numerous items—more than I’ve ever seen in any other apartment. Early check-in was possible, which was a big plus, and the owner made everything feel very comfortable and welcoming. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free.

Beautiful accommodation. The host Simona was very helpful. The facilities are excellent and the location is perfect. Less than 10 mins walk to the S-Bahn into the main station (2 stops) and less than 15 mins to U-BAHN. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room utilities of a coffee machine, fridge and kettle was perfect for us. Cups and glasses also supplied. The location is very quiet with cafés and small shops for convenience. We enjoyed our stay in cologne and this accommodation played its part. We highly recommend this accommodation to all.

Location very good, close to city center, walking distance. Very friendly and helpfull owner. Room very clean, nice bathroom, beds very nice. All facillities, Coffee, thee, water, fridge, airconditioning. No sounds from outside. The owners have a very good italian restaurant with real italian food and great staff. They have private Parking space. Booked again for the summer
