Our family really liked the apartment. It is clean and bright with fresh air and lots of windows. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. Underground parking can be a little tricky, but there are lots of street parking nearby. We would book this apartment again.

Hotel location could not be better, it’s excellent for transport links, just a short walk from both the bus and train stations.The hotel itself is incredibly clean and offers genuine value for money. It’s situated in a nice, quiet part of town, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A special shoutout goes to a local restaurant I found nearby: "La Cantina Gigante". If you are in the area, you must visit! The Italian food was superb! Overall, a brilliant choice for anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

Amazing experience from start to finish. It's ideally located for the Altstadt, the staff are fabulous, breakfast was lovely and the beds and pillows so comfy my daughter now wants to upgrade her mattress!!

AMAZING PROPERTY! big shout out to Han(e)? He was a fantastic introduction to your property. Calm, patient, helpful and waited outside the property to guide us to the parking lift. The entire hotel is efficient, clean, HUGE space with everything you could need. If we ever return to Düsseldorf (which was amazing btw) we will def stay here. Hane is the star, very helpful with every question and always with a smile. The coffee and Arabic sweets were greatly appareciated. Even the bathrooms in their restaurant was very clean, modern and efficient. The property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the beautiful spots and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed Pho-X.
