The whole stuff (restaurant, front desk, cleaners...) are very kind and helpful, they are the ones who are elevating the experience of stay. Breakfast is great. Location is great and there is a tram station in a less than 50 meters away. My room had a street view and it remained silent inside. No noise from the vehicles.

Because once I arrived the front desk they treated me remarkably and she was helpful. The hotel is clean and very fancy designed. House keeping were excellent. Restaurant was great.
