The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Three of us went to Bochum for a concert and were simply looking for a cheap, no frills place to crash. This apartment met the need in spades. We were close to the venue, small stores, and a quick bite to eat.

Access was easy with a key safe outside where the code was sent on the day. This is a great location for Messe Essen, includes a 10-15 walk through the Gruga Park to get there and back :-) Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely roof terrace!

Wonderful hotel-style apartment very close to the city centre. The flat is clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. We stayed as a family of five and there was plenty of space and everything needed in the kitchen. The lock is digital, which makes accessing the apartment even more convenient. The host is polite and helpful. There is also a bakery, a shop and some eateries nearby. The value for money is more than good! We highly recommend it!
