Very satisfied with my visit to NH Essen. Helpful staff at the reception who immediately checked if they had space in the hotel garage for my car. Also when leaving offered to help with my luggage. Hotel room was clean as expected, everything perfect, AC working. Good location close to Essen shopping streets. Great stay, can really recommend!!
