I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. I was also very impressed with the location, which was convenient and close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good reception, good bicycle storage. We have been cycle touring for 7 weeks and this was the best breakfast we have ever seen in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg! Great location near train stations and pedestrian shopping area! Helpful staff spoke very good English!

The breakfast is OK. They have a lot of vegan options. The location is directly next to the Christmas Market in Essen. The parking is next to the hotel and costs 18e per 24h. Rooms are well maintained. To find the parking you have to look for Centralgarage Kennedyplatz and enter the underground tunnel on the road.

Staff was very responsive when assistance or questions were addressed. Although a medium-size hotel, everything was comfortable and cleaned. Breakfast was served on time and several options were served during the time I spent there.

The location was very good and central, just a few meters from the main Essen train station. There are works happening on the street so was a bit tricker to access but still fine. The reception in the evening was very nice though he couldn't address my problem with heating and pain smell but there is so much a man can do. The bed and bedding were very good - I managed to sleep despite the cold (see comments below). The kettle in the room was fantastic to have and helped with the cold. Breakfast was good too.

Very customer friendly. I got free public transport in the region, breakfast till 10am on weekdays and 11am of weekends, and a universal adapter that I could borrow.

Such a comfy and cute place; the stuff and the stop was amazing and kind.
