Most hotels close to the main station are super noisy. They gave me a room on the 10th floor and it was nice and quiet. The room was a decent size and everything seemed rather new. I was pleasantly surprised for the price.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walking to the Main Station. Superhelpful stuff and amazing lobby with wonderful cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but more than enough. We also got our grab and go breakfast, because we had an early flight and the bread was freshbaked and hot. The reception is the best. Thank you, Melanie! You saved us for so many times!

Great value, very modern and clean rooms. In a safe location and close to the Essen train station. Staff is very friendly and available 24/7, and breakfast is also pretty good. Bed is comfy and blackout curtains are fantastic - I thought it was still the middle of the night when it was already full sun outside. Would definitely stay again.
