Perfect location if you're in Hamburg for a concert. Well-connected. The receptionist was super kind, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness levels were great. The room was spacious, even had a fridge and a TV.

This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg
