What a lovely surprise!!
Didn't expect it to be such a well run and professional outfit, but it was a very pleasant surprise!! From sending appropriate information before the arrival, to the way a staff member knew I was arriving later than normal, and not only did she stay around for longer than was necessary, but was extremely helpful also. The air conditioning was very welcome indeed, and the cleanliness was remarkable! Overall a place I'd happily return to!!

Flat was wonderful. It was clean, had everything youd want and in an excellent location. Wolfgang (the host) was wonderful. He let me check in earlier and showed me the flat. I really enjoyed his flat. Highly recommended.

We were four adults and two children, and the apartment was perfectly equipped for all of us. There was even a baby cot and a high chair available, which was a great help.
The apartment itself is beautiful, very well decorated, comfortable, and spotless clean.
As for the location, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main train station and the city center, and the surroundings are lovely to explore on foot. There’s a supermarket just around the corner, as well as bakeries, pharmacies, and coffee shops nearby.
Désirée was very attentive, responded to messages quickly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.
We definitely plan to come back, we didn’t have enough days to explore Hannover!
