Its a new hotel in the heart of the city center, I got the opportunity to be greeted by the Owner, the staff staff was great, everything was just fine, onpoint, it definitely a value for money.I would stay there again whenever I am in hannover.

You should make the waffles for the guest, it is a disaster to stand there and make waffles by yourself, it takes to long time and the waffles get burnt or poorly made and not everyone gets waffles even though they would like it.

Great location, quiet, slept very well, staff very friendly. Historic building completely renovated all new and nice ! Recommended !

had a great stay (second stay here) , conveniently located near the hauptbahnhof. at arrival i got a little panic because the studio i rented was not available but i got an upgraded room instead so that was great after all. The bed was perfectly comfortable, the room was meticulously clean. but the biggest pearl of the hotel was the EXCELLENT gym! (wasn t there yet during my previous stay) really exceeded my expectations thanks really recommended

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and bar, excellent location as walking distance to start line of Hannover Marathon. Very large, modern and clean room.

The breakfast was very good. The room was quite ok. Even the winows were cleaned on the same day. I arrived at 10:00 am, and the room was already available, which exceeded my expectations.

Great views from the highest floor

Stayed at the hotel for the Hannover Marathon weekend. It was excellent, location couldn't be better. The hotel allowed late checkout until 4pm after the race for only 20€.

- super clean - the room and all common areas - staff was very nice, polite and helpful - perfect location, just in the city center - varied breakfast - earplugs available in the room, just in case

This hotel was recently refurbished so was in an 'as new' state - redecorated room with bright wallpaper, new fittings in bathroom and comfortable bedding with enormous fluffy pillows. They even included a fan unit to cool the room on hot days. A helpful and welcoming receptionist provided useful information about the city. It was located close to the main train station and shopping areas.

Comfortable, spacious room, perfect location with easy self check- in using a code.

The receptionists were really kind and ready to give u tips and advice when requested. The entire hotel smelled really good and the room was clean and comfortable. The position is good to visit the city and at night it wasn't noisy.

Staff is great kind, she treated with us as her family, room size is big , clean , no noise, have a fridge inside room, location in the heart of Hannover, price is cheaper comparing with other options in that time, thanks for the great service.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly, the rooms clean, bathroom works well and the breakfast is great. So it meets all the requirements for a lovely stay. We also love it it because it is right next door to the Christmas Markets.
