Clean, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. I had a room with shared bathroom, which was exceptionally clean. Also, having a sink in the room is a great option. Free tea in the common area. Good breakfast.

The staff and the breakfast were exceptional. For the most part, the room was fairly quiet. It happened to be located right next to the elevator. So, there were times you could hear people having conversations as they waited for the elevator. However, the breakfast more than made up for that minor inconvenience. The hotel is located a short walk away from a local Thai restaurant (ate there twice), the mall, and the Altstadt and Christmas market. Again, I want to emphasize how great the staff and breakfast were. (Chef's kiss)

Quaint room, on smaller size. Location to public transit was perfect. Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and adequate. Staff was very helpful. Night desk clerk even stepped outside to help us decide where to park. Location was good for walking to Christmas markets and bus station.
