Stylish place in quiet and beautiful old neighborhood walking distance from downtown, with all the amenities imaginable plus cooking oil, sugar, tea, coffee, and even oatmeal. Two TVs if you can't agree on what to watch and two coffee-machines just in case. A supermarket is just a block away, a beautiful park ― only two blocks. Free public parking spaces are easy to find.
