The apartment was clean as well as being spacious and well appointed. We had an apartment at the rear of the block and it was very quiet. The kitchenette had what you needed to cook your own meals. It is located very close to the S Bahn station, shops, cafes & restaurants. I would stay here again and would also recommend it for other travelers to Munich as catching the S Bahn in and out of the city centre was very easy.

The hotel was clean and very welcoming. They treated us to a welcome beer which was unexpected. They had themed for Oktoberfest and were very friendly. The rooms were very clean with good amenities. There was a nice patio to sit in of an evening.
