Super convenient, well located for public transport. All amenities were excellent, comfortable and well thought out, even the shared bathroom! (The shower had great pressure and all was super clean 🙌🏼). I have no complaints. I could come back any time. It had everything I needed (they even gave me a kettle for my room!). Nice breakfast, and the space available to keep my luggage while I continued my visit was ideal. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you so muuuuch!

We asked for parking for our van, and when we arrived late at night there was an open parking spot right in front of the hotel with our name on it. The room was clean and warm and cosy and perfect to relax after a long travel day . Getting the keys after hours was smooth using the little self help box outside the front door. The bath in our room was an added touch of luxury we didn't expect, but really appreciated. I can recommend this as 10 our of 10 for requirements.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient if you are attending a concert at the nearby venue, and there is also a metro station within walking distance. The room is small but extremely well-designed and comfortable, with everything you might need. We traveled in February and the heating worked perfectly. There is also a vending machine downstairs, which is very useful since many shops in the city close in the evening. Everything has clearly been thoughtfully arranged!
