The location is close to the Hans Martin Schleyer Halle. The property is accessible, with an elevator and walk-in shower. One of the best accomodations I have ever been and I travel a lot. It is very nice, big, clean, everything is brand new. It has a coffee machine and it even has an Alexa. Also very spacious rooms and a very good mattress. It is close to the city center, there are a lot of shops just around the corner. The owner is very kind and helpfull with every request. The neighbourhood is very nice. It has his own garage and back courtyard.

Hotel looks fantastic, rooms are big and what seems a boring room is transfirmed very clever into a sleeping area and a lounge area. It is very well placed, close to supermarkets and bus station. Mercedes museum and VFB Stuttgart stadium is easily reacheable. We only stayed for one night, but will certainly return in the same place next time.

This was literally my most successful and enjoyable experience on Booking.com. From how nice the owner and staff were, to the very comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, as well as the convenient location. I would like to notice once again how friendly and helpful the owner was. He was very understanding about our check-in and check-out times. He also mailed my jacket, which I forgot in the room when I checked out, to another city. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, you made our trip as comfortable as possible.
