Location was great. Bottom floor, so cool even without AC. Close to bus stop, grocery shopping, restaurants, and the Rhein! Reasonable cost. Owner worked with us for early check in.

The hostes and owner of the apartment was amazing, helpful and very responsive to questions before my trip, and afterwards. It was quite warm on this trip however Hostes/Owner provided a portable AC which worked splendidly. The apartment had everything one needed, it fully equiped, newly renovated, very stylish, clean and easy access in and out. Owner also allows small pets at a very affordable rate. Owner also allowed me to use private parking spot which was located close to front entrance at a very affordable rate. Apartment and area surrounding it was quiet with a lovely garden. I enjoyed my stay while on business and leisure.

Excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable, all the staff were lovely. One of the best short stays I've ever had. I'll be visiting Mainz again for family reasons and I will stay in this hotel again as my first choice.

Great historical building in the.heart of Mainz. Everything interesting in the old town and to the Rhine is walkable within 15minutes. Apartments themselves are absolutely stunning, modern interior paired with respectfully restored historical charme. Bathrooms and the shower are equally great as the rest of the accommodations. If one ever finds themselves planning a trip to Mainz and surroundings keep this place on the short list! P.S. one of the best authentic Japanese Restaurants is 1.5min walk from the entrance - Niko Niko Tei
