Like another review already said. You can stop searching - this is it. This accommodation has all you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Plus you become part of a wonderful new family, and the breakfast is delicious and healthy. Sole is such a wonderful host and chef.

Great breakfast in a nice dining room with a nice garden view. We had a room overlooking the garden with a flowing river close by. The furnishings and art work are both unique and superb. The hotel has a first rate restaurant and a ice cream, pastry and chocolate shop attached. The employees were nice and helpful. This hotel is a gem.

Sonia is so very nice. She seeks to help in anyway needed. Our room was perfect and the garden and sitting rooms were fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Cuenca.
