Location is one of the best, in front there is also cacoon private beach and also public beaches you can enjoy. Highly recommended, especially for families and couples. The view from the apartment is amazing and you should definitely visit it. It's hard to describe, you just have to see it for yourself.

This property was simply amazing! Right on Promenade des Anglaise, the view was fantastic! My daughters would just sit on the balcony for hours watching things go by. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities that one needed. We just loved our stay!

All the staff were really friendly and kind - reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. The hotel is in a good location just one street back from the main promenade. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was in the room - refrigerator, safe box, fresh towels etc. The free tea/coffee at reception was a bonus and there was a cosy reception area where you could sit and relax. There was also vending machines where you could buy other drinks and snacks.

The location was perfect. The view from the balcony was incredible. Definitely would recommend this property. About a 30 minute walk into the center or 15 mins by trams. The walk along the beach was perfect.
