Elisabetta was a fantastic host! She greeted us so warmly and gave us a tour. We felt right at home in their beautiful B&B. Our rooms were exceptional and so comfortable. And the breakfast was Wow! Great variety, so fresh, and tasty! There was nothing to not love at Beach Lodge. Really a great stay!

Did appreciate the face cloth as not every places provide them, as I often forget to bring one. Large varieties of continental breakfast with a British touch (crumpets).

We love staying at this property. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Andrew is the perfect host. Last time we stayed the internet wasn’t very good. This time the issue with the internet had been addressed and it was perfect. There was a new larger tv. Andrew is conscientious and strives to keep the property in excellent condition.

It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean , everything we needed , even shampoo, conditioner and shower gel , everything you could think of was there , parking was good , getting in and out the property was so easy and great not having to carry keys around with you and worrying about losing them . We was able to get into the property early , Tom and Kate were great hosts and so easy to get in touch with them .

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff and management went above and beyond. Very helpful. Will definately recommend Charter Hotel Bournemouth to my family and friends. Will definately come back.
The winning ingredient here is Jo and the staff, all very warm and friendly. Food was good and lovely atmosphere of a proper British pub. We stayed over New Year meeting up as a family and had a great time, and if I'd known there was regular roster of evening entertainers and singers we'd have booked some extra days.
