This apartment building has been completely remodeled, to the point that it makes me think if they actually built a new building. Everything looks, feels, smells and function like brand new. On the day of checkin they email you all access and WiFi codes with additional great information and contact details in case you need assistance o have questions. We did contact them a few times, and they were always very helpful and willing to make our stay the best possible. Our room and bathroom was very spacious and with a balcony. They did our room everyday just like in a hotel ❤️ The location is PERFECT! Kolonaki is such a great vibrant and trendy neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, and shops only few steps away. Very few tourists, which gave us the opportunity to experience a bit more like locals. Still close to main sightseeing places. Simul restaurant is a must; their food, their staff and the whole experience is outstanding. Queen Bee for coffee and brunch is A1. Mpirmpilo and Barbounaki other two great restaurants. Explore the neighborhood and walk up to Lycabettus hill. Breakfast options were good. You have to request it online the day before, and it will be delivered to your room on the time slot you selected (imagine UberEats).

The property is beautifully restored. The bed is SO comfortable and the little touches everywhere were really tasteful. The location is great as well as there are many cafes & restaurants and you're a short walk away from the centre. The host at reception was really friendly and helped us carry our bags upstairs!
