The staff was extremely nice and made sure you had everything needed. The room was impecably clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Royal Sun! The location is very convenient – close enough to Chania but away from the busy streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the night shift receptionist, who was always welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the restaurant has an incredible panoramic view over Chania – truly a highlight! The room was comfortable and clean, and one of the best features was the free shuttle service to the city center, which saved us the stress of looking for parking. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

One of the best hotel stays I had so far. Overall an amazing experience! You really get your money's worth here. Staff: Outstanding staff, be it the receptionist, the waiters, or the valet. They were very attentive, always friendly and overall very professional. The ladies at the reception helped me with the organization of a trip which I much appreciated. Room: Nice, clean rooms with beautiful ocean view. unfortunately I didn't have one of the rooms with a balcony but it was still very nice as you could hear the waves ( very relaxing). Only small downside of my room was that it was right above the restaurant, so it could get a bit noisy (wasn't too bad). on the bright side the room also had a steam shower which was very nice, especially after a long hike. Overall, the room furnishings were very high quality. Restaurant: Only had the breakfast. You have a small buffet as well as some dishes that you can order a la carte. The selection isn't too big but the quality is outstanding. Better than what you would typically encounter at the large 5 star hotel chains. The best thing is you eat right next to the ocean. As mentioned before, the waiters are very friendly and attentive. There is also an option to eat dinner at the restaurant but unfortunately I didn't manage to do so. but the dishes looked good (also very affordable) and the reviews were excellent. Location: Great location right next to the ocean. the hotel is a bit outside of the city center / harbor but you can get there in about 10 - 15 minutes by foot (nice walk along the shoreline). I personally preferd that the hotel was not right in the center but that's probably a matter of preference. Spa: I had a treatment that was very relaxing. otherwise I didn't use the spa. But it looked very clean and comfortable. Overall an amazing stay and I hope I get the chance to come back at some point in time.

Everything is at the highest detail of quality. The staff is very professional and welcoming, the services are top quality and everything about the building and the decorations is perfect.

Very nice apartment, excellent for 3 people as it includes a bedroom with double room and a separate bed in the living-room and not a sofa-bed which is usually the case.
