I loved that the staff was so helpful and kind. From the moment of my late-night arrival to my check-out a week later, Boglarka was the perfect example of excellent customer service. I liked that when my Hungarian failed me, she understood my English. I thought that this place had one of the best Hotel breakfasts anywhere I've been on my travels. Fresh selections every morning, including old Hungarian favorites of mine...tepertő, gyulai sausage, kifli, hot scrambled eggs, or hard boiled. Nice selection of ham, salami, cheese, and cut fresh tomatoes and sweet Hungarian peppers. Great coffee selections too. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the nice bedding and pillows.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff, who were all genuinely kind and helpful. Quiet, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. The spa is also great with swimming pools and a jacuzzi.

All the facilities were amazing. The breakfast was a great plus, the food selection was quite large and with quality ingredients. The staff is nice and welcoming.
