The location is good, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast selection is superb. The only thing that bothered me is that I could hear people in the next room moving around, perhaps due to the thickness of the walls. Other than that, everything is perfect. Will definitely comeback to this hotel next time.

Great location, only a short walk to the Jl Braga, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The restaurant downstairs is also great, the Australian steak was exceptional. The apartments was well designed, spacious, modern and extremely clean. Staff were very helpful to accommodate our request for express laundry service.

I love their hospitality specially Mr Fefen he upgraded my room to deluxe queen with panoramic view it was wonderful, the hotel only walk away if you'd like to do food culinary and the choice of their breakfast is quiet a lot it was a pleasant stay, thank you.

Lovely room. Courteous and friendly staff who helped with all our needs. Extensive choice of breakfast options. Day tour to crater and hot springs, organised by the hotel, with Mr Rachmet was fantastic.
