We had to find a driver to bring us from Bogor to Malabar via the Puncak Pass during the anual Indonesian holiday. We were very lucky to have great support here from Deina at the IBIS reception desk. She worked very hard to make it happen and it did work out well. Thanks again Deina, you're the best!!
At the entrance tasty juices are provided for free. We had an early breakfast that was excellent; quite Asia centered but with mouthwatering bubur! Kitchen went the extra mile to provide us with after dinner pineapple, which was actually not on the menu.
Another great asset is the location of the hotel right next to the Royal Gardens.

For a decently priced hotel, everything was wonderful! From the staffs to the room and the service, I spend like 2 nights there and it was wonderful, the reception was nice, the breakfast food is delicious (especially the fried noodles ❤️) and the place is clean. I really love it and would love to stay back here again another time. Thank you so much!
