I recently stayed at your property after a long 700km journey and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. There were several issues during my visit that I hope can be addressed: - The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival. - The washroom was not clean and lacked basic amenities. - The condition of the beds was unsatisfactory, making it difficult to rest after my journey.
