The people are great. Ring the bell and she is expecting you and brings you the key. The place is neat and clean and she has plenty of goodies for breakfast and healthier options as well. The place is easy to get to by taxi and a nice coffee cafe across the main thoroughfare. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. When we went to leave she found an item we left behind and brought it to us. She does not speak a lot of English however that is what Google translate is for. Great stay and great host.

The host is very polite, communicative and respond quickly. He sent us the self check in instruction with clear steps beforehand. The room is very clean, spacious and super quiet despite located in a big street.
We had a very great stay at their property and it’s also very convient to access the train station. There are supermarkets less than 1 min away, amazing restaurant (Trattoria di Via Serra) 3 mins by walk.

Very modern, clean and comfort.It was more than what we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was spacious and did not lack anything. The mini bar had just the right items in. And of course we will not forget the welcome gift from the host that was in the room when we arrived. Although it we we worried about the location, the bus station is just around the corner and suitable for all our destinations in the town

Very nice and cozy place - feels like home. Highly recommended when you stay in Bologna. Walking distance to the Train Station and City Center. Bus stop is next to building as well.
