The room/suite is perfectly located 40metres from the escalators which take you to the mini metro and station. The Old town is beautiful and the room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The host Simonetta is very friendly and gives lots of advice . Highly recommended for a stay in Perugia.

This is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever stayed in. The sauna in the room was amazing. What really made it exceptional however was the young lady who works on reception. She could not have been more helpful. The free laundry and bottle of wine were the finishing touches.

It was an excellent stay, super cozy, warm, clean and with a smell of freshly baked croissants every morning. The host is super amazing and helped me a lot. Honestly, I never felt so welcomed in Perugia as here. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the centre, which was easily reached by foot, while being outside the "narrow street" areas, making for easy with the car. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff were amazing - very friendly and welcoming, and happy to provide helpful tips for exploring the city. All made for a great stay: highly recommended!

The location was what drew me in. It’s close to everything and you have access to every attraction and restaurant. The personnel was great and really helpful. Also the room was amazing. I have seen some negative reviews but I haven’t experienced any. Everything was amazing the room, location and personnel.

Less suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs, as the property is on the second floor.
