The apartment is wonderful—clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is great, close to a bus stop with convenient transport to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. The host is very responsive, and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend it!

The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious, with a coffee machine and kettle available. The bathroom was also quite large and spacious. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, with really nothing to complain about. The bed was comfy and a good selection of pillows. Breakfast was complete with different options available to all dietary requirements. Every morning there were different options from the previous day, allowing one to taste different dishes. The location is a quiet area a few minutes walk from Stazzione Termini or Castro Pretoria underground station. Taxis are available quite easily due to the proximity to Stazzione Termini. On arrival, we were given some recommendations for restaurants in the area as well in the centre. We took these recommendations and tried Strada Romana, just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful, carrying out the booking themselves for us.

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls.

As always, it was wonderful to come back to Hotel San Pio, our favourite hotel in Rome! The hotel is situated in Aventino and which is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Rome, made up of really beautiful villas. The breakfast room is so lovely, situated in gardens. And the room is beautifully decorated with hand painted walls and ceilings. The bathroom is huge with a big bath and also decorated very well.
