The hotel is in a central location, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Doreen at the reception.
The breakfast was superb. The Philippine staff at the breakfast room were very efficient and friendly. The best thing for my group was the large selection of sweet fresh fruits. Very good value for the money

We liked absolutely everything about this accommodation. We highly these points:
1) We arrived late, at night, and we had a simple way of access to our accommodation using digital codes, which was very convenient for us.
2) The building has an elevator, so you don't need to make any effort with your luggage.
3) All the facilities are renovated, and in particular our room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, modern and welcoming.
4) The host, Jacinta, is very friendly and helpful, and she gave us very tasty breakfasts that we could eat comfortably in our room (we have chairs and table in our room).
5) The room was quiet to rest in, with windows with good acoustic insulation.
6) The location of the building where the Guest House is located is excellent, so you can walk to the main tourist attractions of Rome.

Charming hotel, great location, close to public transport, but almost everything is within walking distance, good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they speak fluent English, which is not a given in Italy. Rooms are very clean and nicely furnished, comfortable bed (economy room very small - good to know in case of longer stay). Free coffeee and selection of caces 24/7 is a very nice bonus!

An excellent stay at Hotel Donna Francesca! The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, super well-equipped (even an iron and ironing board in the cupboard) and the location was absolutely brilliant. Super close to the sights and good restaurants.
The breakfast was also a great treat, with lots of options and even an opportunity to request non-dairy products like almond milk.
I could recommend this hotel enough.
