The breakfast is amazing and includes all types of fruits and cakes etc. The coffee tastes delicious.
The room was great because there is a partition in the middle. We have a teenage son and he had his own television and privacy. We had the junior suite. Room 101 in the front of the hotel and next to the stairs. It was very quiet.

The place is well renovated, very very clean. Rooms are nice and air conditioned, which is important in the heat of the summer. The elevator, though tiny, is available and useful! Location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights, yet not in the most crowded areas of the city.

Property was amazing and location was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful and the hosts were even better. Brilliant neighbourhood in Rome so peaceful at night but so close to all the major streets. All surrounding restuarants and shops were perfect and the location was honestly so good. The apartment was stunning and the hosts had thought of everything. There was nothing missing. All modern appliances and the Bedding and towels were lovely. We all had a great sleep every night. Will be back here for sure. First time booking without a recommendation and so happy we did. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Loved everything about it.

An excellent stay at Hotel Donna Francesca! The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, super well-equipped (even an iron and ironing board in the cupboard) and the location was absolutely brilliant. Super close to the sights and good restaurants.
The breakfast was also a great treat, with lots of options and even an opportunity to request non-dairy products like almond milk.
I could recommend this hotel enough.
