The Hotel is Amazing! Everything was perfect! The staff are so friendly and so welcoming! We even got a free upgrade of our room with a balcony and it made our vacation in Rome so much better! They even adviced us what to do and so on. Loved the place, Location was the best! Everything is just a 5-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! and would recommend anyone to stay here! Trust me and close your eyes and book! You can't go wrong with this hotel! Special thanks to the Grandpa at the Breakfast. He made breakfast so entertaining everyday!

All the receptionists were very kind and warm. They even gave me a map of the most popular places with helpful guidance, which was extremely useful since I arrived without any plans. The welcome drink was a very nice and thoughtful touch, and the bartender at Tommy was also very friendly. Everything was perfect, and if I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay at Rome Hello. It was my first time trying a shared mixed room, but everything turned out perfect

The breakfast was very cheap and it was good. The rooms were much more spacious than I expected being in the heart of Rome. My family were all extremely happy with everything. The check in was quick and Donato was happy to spend time thoroughly explaining to me everything I needed to find my way around at the cheapest price.
