The check in process was the smoothest ever, & they communicated so fast throughout our entire stay! The hospitality was amazing & the room was really cool too! They accommodated to us by providing an extra baby bed (crib type) & there was free water & snacks included as well. They also had extras like “vanity pack” which included a few things like Q-tips & a mini nail file- both we really loved because we forgot haha. Plus some other extras for the tub. They are so kind here, helping us with our baby & our luggage. The location is prime as well, all the big sites within 20 minutes (walking) or so! There are also plenty of stores & restaurants around very close as well. We loved our stay very much, so thankful we chose here! (:

What a great hotel!
Staff was super nice and the location you can’t beat ! It’s within a 7-10 minute walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Two doors down from a great mall too!
They have a sister property across the street for breakfast / dinner / drinks / etc.
The room was nicely updated and clean. The bed was SO comfortable and was a good size room. We would 100% stay here again.

Loved, Loved, Loved this room. Where can i begin, the host, the sweetest man alive, you will feel so welcomed when you haven't even arrived yet. The facility, basically like a hotel, cleaned our room every single day which we didn't now. Always restocked the free bottles of water and gave clean towels. The location? ohh the best, everything you needed was walking distance, and the view from our room was so good. I recommend booking with them if you visit Rome. It's a new renovated facility, it looks exactly like the pics
