Location is excellent ( literally down the street from the Spanish steps )
at checkin our room was upgraded (when noticing it was my husbands birthday). very much appreciated .
rooms are brand new , spacious (considering it’s a hotel in Europe ) and very comfortable , and clean so is the bathroom .
we loved our room .
there is a small coffee shop part of the hotel complex where you can have breakfast and coffee .

What a great hotel!
Staff was super nice and the location you can’t beat ! It’s within a 7-10 minute walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Two doors down from a great mall too!
They have a sister property across the street for breakfast / dinner / drinks / etc.
The room was nicely updated and clean. The bed was SO comfortable and was a good size room. We would 100% stay here again.

This hotel in Rome is absolutely fantastic and truly the king of value for money. Having checked out several hotels in Rome, ranging from guesthouses to five-star establishments, I can confidently say this is the best one. Typically, rooms in Rome are quite small, especially in the historic center, but this newly opened hotel offers relatively spacious rooms.
The most important aspect is the exceptional staff, especially Jacob and Marcia, who were lifesavers for me. When I accidentally ended up in a terrible hotel, they immediately helped me and ensured I returned to this wonderful place.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making everything easily accessible. After spending several days exploring Rome and hearing from friends who stayed at various hotels, I can say without a doubt that this one is the best.
