they are amazing people. The bedroom is so clean and comfortable. There is Hairdryer and air conditioner. The breakfast is good! I should change how they offer the coffee. because I love to drink coffee and all the time I have to ask for the staff make it for me. It would be much better if they make a coffee and put in a bottle properly for that.

The property was very well equipped and right off the Water Bus stop. The beds were comfy. The host was very communicative and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy the beautiful city of Venice.

Guidecca is a very nice and quite neighborhood -we loved to stay there. The apartment is quite modern and on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator which is very helpful. The terrace and balcony allow for sunbathing -which is not why we came to Venice. The supermarket COOP is around the corner which is very handy.
