Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were beautiful and we had a room upgrade to a room with a canal view. The breakfast was amazing!

New property (about a year old as of May 2025), right off of Campo San Polo. Lovely furnishings, new fixtures and furniture. The decoration throughout was well appointed and tasteful. The breakfast/coffee area was really cute. The entrance area elevated the vibe of the property. Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was also very close to some great waterside and inside food spots.

The Ca' San Rocco is in a quiet area, only 5 minutes by foot from both Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and the bus station in Piazzale Roma.

Location was perfect and quiet. Air con worked well. Breakfast was brilliant on the terrace.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

What's not to like 😍. The checkin was smooth and on time (even at 1 in the morning). The hosts were pleasant. As soon as you enter you will be struck with a really nice hall. The apartment (we were in the first floor) has a very large bedroom, a nice hall with a sofa bed which turns into a pretty comfy bed. All the equipment you can think of (from combi washer dryer to dishwasher, down to very clean cutlery). The location is 7-8 mins from the bus station and 7-8 mins from most boat halts as well. Super market is like 4 mis away and you have bakeries all around. I mean I could go on and on. Brilliant value for money in venice.
