We booked it without really knowing what to expect.
Spoiler: it was great.
The location was top notch, perfect to explore and enjoy Osaka.
The staff is really nice, there’s plenty of services (from a curry bar to a station to grind your own coffee beans, as well as all the beauty products you might need) and the room was bigger than the standard room.
Because of the nature of this hotel (a love hotel from my understanding), you have to leave the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. I didn’t find it problematic nor understand why it’d be a problem, especially since there’s someone 24/7 at the front desk.
Wouldn’t recommend to a family with children but definitely worth it for a couple or friends.

Great location! Near subway stations and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. There’s 7 eleven at the ground floor of the hotel building. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby too.

There is a public bath for men and women at the hotel, and also a "rest" room for women which includes all the amenities you didn't know you wanted :)
The shower is excellent, the need is comfortable and the room is not too small.

I really liked the dinosaurs at the reception desk for checking in and out. The laundry facilities were good too. As an introvert, this hotel was ideal because I only had to talk to people when I wanted. The storage lockers were also very nice to have, for when I arrived a bit early to check in. If this was my last stop, I might have used the vacuum packing machine.

The staff helped with everything needed and answered any request we needed help, the rooms are good and spacious, separate shower and toilet which is a significant advantage, spacious rooms, and what's more, there is free hot and cold drinks in the lobby and a very comfortable sitting area.
