Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for our 11-day trip. While we had the smallest studio available (booking.com did not seem to have any other sizes listed), it was decent bearing in mind Japanese hotel room sizes, and clean and well laid out. Kitchen was very well equipped, with ample cutlery, crockery and even bakeware. Friendly and responsive staff, even had a large amount of adapters and umbrellas for us to borrow. Soundproofing was also very good, we were not even aware that there were other guests on our floor until we bumped into them at the elevator. There was some repair work going on in the corridors but frankly we could not hear a thing!
What I was very pleasantly surprised about was how convenient the location was; coffee and bakeries literally two doors down, more convenience stores than I could count within a 150m radius, and two very well linked stations barely 2 minutes' walk from the property. It was also a pleasant 25 minute walk to main Ginza, for those who want to enjoy some night life without worrying about extortionate taxi rides home (metro stops running before half past midnight).
All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel for couples on busy trips who want a safe and relaxed, but well linked place to stay.

The views and amount of windows with natural sunlight is really unmatched to any other hotel in Tokyo. The amenities are stellar. The pool is stunning! They have a jacuzzi indoor and outdoor, steam room wet and dry and cold plunge. I had a couple spa treatments too that were great, a massage and hydra facial. The staff was so kind and helpful in every department! I’ve stayed at Aman before and I think Fairmont honestly is the best hotel in Tokyo! I can’t wait to return!

Fairly convenient location, located right in front of a smaller train station (Shibakoen Station). Close enough to many different combinis which makes getting snacks super easy.
The room is equipped with everything you need.
Checking in and out was a straight forward process and room service comes around every day, unless requested otherwise.

Hotel location was excellent - near railway station and monorail from Haneda Airport, also near subway. All employees were gentle and supported us in any question, I asked for needles with thread and they provided immediately, all our questions were answered. On 1st floor there is zone looks like cafe - for breakfast and also you can sit there any time in the day for work or have FOC cup of tea. Everywhere there are instructions! Hotel has magic shampoo and hair conditioner - I even wanted to buy it and they have possibility for that.
