Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Hamra Garden: the staff were always attentive and welcoming, the communication was great from the very beginning, and the shared room was clean. There's also drinkable water on every floor, which was great. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

Mr. Dhia is a great business owner; it is obvious that he likes his job and guests. The room was quiet and provided a good level of privacy and comfort. The reception guys do what they can to protect the safety of the guests, and they are very friendly.

Staying at Gefinor Rotana did ease my stay in Lebanon. I came for a medical reason, and this was something the whole staff took into consideration, offering the best service I needed during my stay. I extended for one more week, and Mr. Mohamed was very respectful, honest and wholeheartedly the best host ever. This is not my first time in Beirut, but I regret that I haven't stayed at Gefinor Rotana before. The WIFI in the room worked perfectly, and even the housekeeping staff always made sure nothing was missing. The area was within a perfect distance to everything you needed, by Uber I could reach most of Beirut in a few minutes.
I'm really surprised, that this service is still to be found, without expecting anything in return. I will book my next stay here with the family in July 2023.
