The reception staff, a nice man and girl (night shift on Aug 22) were very considerate regarding suggesting
the room far away from the Entrance smoking area, as also an early check in after our night flight.
And thanks to their reception supervisor, in a responsive way she solved some issues regarding relocation to the business room today.

The location is great, near the train station and spots in the old town. Across the road there is a supermarket, easy for buying stuff:) Staffs are all friendly and it is free to keep your luggage in there! Highly recommend others choose this one as your accommodation in Vilnius!
