Stayed here for 4 night from 23/11/2025 to 27/5/2025, everything is so perfect. The location, facility, and services as described by host. The kitchen have so many equipment and complete set of cookware. U can buy groceries nearby around 3 minutes walk and watching sunset by just 5 minutes walk. The apartment also was very clean. Maybe this is the best apartment i booked in my life. No one better (until today 28/11/2025) than this apartment since i start to book with booking.com. Big thanks to host who is very welcoming and very nice person. If you're coming to Rabat for long stay, don't hesitate to book this very good apartment.

This is a great, very clean , modern apartment in an excellent location. We spent three nights in a double studio room, with a comfortable bed, roomy fully tiled bathroom, and well equipped kitchen with a fridge and gas cooker. It was lovely being able to sit on the balcony with our home cooked meals, overlooking a very quiet street, or watching a movie from the sofa. Cafes, restaurants and grocery shops are literally two minutes walk away, the medina entry is five minutes, and the coast ten minutes. The tram stop is also very close. The host gave us all necessary information via Whatsapp, and the building manager met us to explain keys.

We stayed in these apartments in Rabat and had a great experience. The location is very good - there’s a tram stop nearby, a couple of grocery stores, and it’s easy to get to all the main sights. The area felt safe, and it’s even close enough to walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He showed us the apartment and gave us helpful tips about the city, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very clean - it was spotless when we arrived. It also had everything we needed: a washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rabat. Great location, great host, and a very clean and well-equipped apartment.

The riad is so beautiful! Such an amazing place. The room was very spacious, good value for money, and surprisingly quiet despite the noisiness of outside. There was also a kitchen and roof terrace we could use. Bassam, the host, was really helpful and friendly. He let us do laundry and store our bikes there, helped us with some Darija words, and gave us recommendations for the local area. It was the perfect stay!
