stayed for one night in top floor room with a terrasa acess. really huge room, nice shower, air conditioner with heating posibility, it’s worth their money! breakfast also was very good! location is nice too, close to historical center. the best accomodation during the week trip in Morocco.

The rooms are large n luxurious beautifuly decorated and comfortable furnishings .the balcony gets the sun most of the day and a couple hundred yard away is the seafront . You are 15mins walk along the seafront from the Kasbah and medina .really safe n secure neighbour hood and a large super market a couple hundred yards from appartment .

everything was very clean and in good condition, comfortable bed, and the upstairs workspaces are a plus with the attached terrace, very friendly staff and owner, the location, and for me also important there was no strange smell

The appartment was perfectly clean, with modern equipment, nice beds, etc. etc. Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay in Rabat very much and it was in no small part due to this great accomodation. Travelling with 2 young kids, we enjoyed the calm of the residence, the possibility to cook and clean our clothes, and the large size of the flat. The price is really fair for the quality. The adress is not super easy to find on Google maps but the host’s indications are helpful and at worst you’d be looking for 5 minutes. The location is nice. Some people may enjoy being closer to the old city center (Medina), but with a 15 minute walk there or to the ocean it is still a great location.

The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is spacious. Moreover, Ocean is my favourite neighbourhood in Rabat, it is popular and cheap, while also being very close to the Medina and to the seaside. Unfortunately it is being renovated and it looks more and more like a big worksite. Still, the apartment is very well placed.

The location is good, close to vital areas, especially the old city. Yassin is a wonderful young man who helped me when I had difficulty finding a place; he came and took me to the hostel. My regards to him.
