Very comfortable place, the landlord quite friendly, we enjoyed this place. Good location near the ocean view, rooms are clean and nice While in the winter the floor is little bit cold, a good idea to have some slippers with you, besides that landlord provide lots of blankets so in the night it is comfortable.

The house is very spacious and the layout is great for a large group with terrace overlooking ocean, patio and large living room. Rooms are big. The host is very responsive. Cleaning ladies are efficient. Location is close to US border and a good base for Ensenada, Rosarito, and the Guadalupe Valley. The compound feels very safe.
