The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast spread was very good, as was the coffee. The Staff were lovely, accomodating and helpful. Transfer to the airport was great. Ordering food at lunch and dinner was overall very tasty. The level 12 glass floor restaurant was great and a complete contrast to where we were. The beds were comfortable

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a top priority for me when choosing a hotel. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Satishra, who was outstanding. Her warm smile and willingness to assist with every question made a huge difference. On top of that there is a free airport transfer. It saves you from being ripped off by local drivers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. With its comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and exceptional service, it’s a place I’ll definitely return to on my next visit!

This place is a little piece of heaven in the middle of Thamel. I loved the courtyard, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast (good mix of western and local food), the great coffee included in the breakfast buffer, and the location!!! Rooms are clean, authentic Nepali style with balcony, quiet. I highly recommend this hotel

Great location, near the main attractions and shops but also very quiet. Staff is super helpful, nice complementary breakfast, very clean and spacious room. They also provide drinking water. Great value for money, would definitely come back!

This hotel is really a step above the norm in Kathmandu. The rooms are spotless, beds are comfy, WiFi is strong and the Aircon is a welcome relief! Staff are also incredibly professional and lovely too!

Just the perfect place with wonderful staff. Very clean and the bar on the 6th floor is super. Everyone was very kind, supportive and happy.
