Perfect stay for our last 2 days in the Philippines. The accommodation is down a quiet street off of the main road so it's nice and peaceful. The self catering rooms were great, you get all the appliances plus your own water dispenser. The pool is perfect to cool off in and the breakfast is delicious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Manila.

Quiet! Hardly any roaring noises from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Also, the little touches were nice - having a bag holder at the buffet/dining room so bags do not sit directly on the ground and valet stands in both dining rooms and in our room. Everyone greeted us wherever we went. The Speakeasy exceeded our expectations and the staff and Mixologist were AMAZING!
The property is easy to locate and is near to many food establishments, convenience stores, pharmacy, offices, etc. We didn’t have a hard time looking around to buy our essentials and finding food to eat especially during breakfast time. On our second day, we opted to order breakfast at the condotel and it was delivered right in our room.
Good value for money especially the bunk beds when you’re traveling in a group. We were 8 in total (6 adults, 2 kids ) and only stayed during the night so the place is definitely okay for travelers.
Staff are courteous and kind. Will definitely book again when we go back to MNL.

Stayed here twice. By far the best cost-effective place I found in the Philippines, with silent rooms, a small but awesome gym and located near several stalls and a shopping mall. The staff is also responsive. Beds are comfortable and shower pressure, for local standards, is good enough.
