Very comfortable and safe place to stay with friendly security staff. Good communications and helpful friendly owner. Great high speed WiFi and excellent TV with NetFlix, You Tube and many others applications available without additional charge. Very nice view from the balcony and the Roof Deck of the building. New clothes washing machine and drying rack. Very nicely decorated rooms and very clean, it’s like new.

This is a late review, been very busy. We checked in last Jan 17 and checked out on Jan 19. The place is very clean and very accessible to many establishments like restaurants and convenien tstores as well as Malls like Shangrila and SM Megamall. Photoes are legit, to be honest I thought it was a scam at 1st since it's my 1st booking using this app plus it's very affordable(specially if the tax is not applied). Turns out I was wrong, glad I was wrong and every thing is legit. I enjoyed using the kitchen and was able to cook some groceries that we bought from the mall, and we're able to enjoy late night snacks while looking at the city lights.

I've been living in this apartment for almost a week and the more I stay, the more comfortable I feel. The convenience nearby is beyond my imagination, supermarkets, convenience stores, Starbucks, steak shops, American restaurants, many local restaurants, the view of the high floor is also very beautiful. I once changed my apartment for one day, and when I came back, I found that the aunt of the apartment had carefully changed into a new pillow and quilt cover, and took good care of hygiene. Everything is great and I would recommend it to anyone. 10 out of 10, this will be my first choice every time I come here for business.

The location was perfect for our needs. Brand new building and a great pool area. The convenience store down in the basement parking lot was very handy. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the info we needed for checking in which went smoothly.

A few days after I booked , the property contacted me and allocated us to another property at Tower 2 , flat 16C. It’s new and according to the staff who received us, we were the first guests to occupy the property. Everything is brand new. I am very thankful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The building is not high compared to other condominium. Good for Barkada’s. For big city it is quiet in the evening. Easy communication, the owner is easy to reach and also the cleaning woman is very nice. 😊 The pic below is after we left 😅 and the view from the window. 😊

It's a cozy place and very clean with self check-in. It has good air conditioning and lighting. It's a comfortable apartment with a convenient room layout. The furnishings are very functional throughout the apartment. It has optic fiber internet. The staff is friendly and helpful.
