Location was perfect for the actives my Fiance and I had planned for this trip. Upon arrival our rooms were yet ready because we landed a bit earlier in the day, however the staff make us feel welcomed and taken care off especially giving us the option to stow away out luggage 🧳 my fiance n I decided to take a walk and venture a little 3 mins walk away from the hotel n have lunch and then take a walk to condado beach which is also very close to the property. We we came back to the hotel our room was ready. For the 5 days we stayed breakfast was served buffet style and every option was delicious 😋 and perfect to taste. Rooms were cleaned everyday : with the exception of the day of departure.
Every single staff member was friendly, polite and just warm. Will I stay here again yes.!
