We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The amazing view from the terrace, especially during sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. Though the location is a bit far from the center, the stunning views and surrounding nature make up for it. We used public bus 22, which stops in front of the apartment door, runs regularly and made getting around easy. The place is equipped with a lot of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, from a coffee machine and microwave to a toaster and etc. A lovely surprise was the welcome gift—delicious sweets, soft drinks, and excellent coffee. The room itself was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and sofa, and the interior design was modern and cozy. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. This house beautifully enhanced the pleasant and amazing experience we had in Madeira and made it even more memorable. Highly recommended! Thank you! მადლობა!

Everything!!! The location and the hotel itself, absolutely beautiful!!! I visited the botanical garden at Monte and the hotel also felt like a big garden ! Staffs were very nice, rooms were very big and everything was great!

We liked very much staying here. Very nice and comfortable the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, also from the breakfast area. Beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and big. Everything about this property is simply fantastic. Excellent customer service throughout our stay, the staff was very accommodating and we felt like VIPs. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and our balcony view could not be beat. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, with something for everyone. We also loved the location, it is close to the downtown without being in the heart of it, and the promenade provided excellent walking paths. A great restaurant and a large grocery store were right across the street as well. We will stay here again when we return to Madeira.

Fabulous hotel 10 mins from the port. Large hotel with large rooms/bathrooms and great sea views. Check in was a breeze, extremely polite and helpful reception staff, very happy to share their knowledge and experiences. They have a great rooftop bar by the pool (too cold to swim when I was here), but I did go to the rooftop bar several times. Staff was amazing, made great drinks (try the Poncha!) and always made me feel welcome. Breakfast was phenomenal, huge breakfast room with hot, cold, veggies, local fruits. Competent and polite staff...always very clean, delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel!! 10 stars!

The house was exceptionally nice. The room was rather large for an European room. We had a very early departure time and were not able to join them for regular breakfast so she left a basket with an express breakfast for us.
