We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The amazing view from the terrace, especially during sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. Though the location is a bit far from the center, the stunning views and surrounding nature make up for it. We used public bus 22, which stops in front of the apartment door, runs regularly and made getting around easy. The place is equipped with a lot of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, from a coffee machine and microwave to a toaster and etc. A lovely surprise was the welcome gift—delicious sweets, soft drinks, and excellent coffee. The room itself was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and sofa, and the interior design was modern and cozy. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. This house beautifully enhanced the pleasant and amazing experience we had in Madeira and made it even more memorable. Highly recommended! Thank you! მადლობა!

First of all this hotel is super clean which is the most important thing for the hotel. I really love the cleanliness in the room. The bed is very comfortable especially for older people it is tight and not so soft which supports your back. The bed is very big. Pillows are soft and the blanket is good so we had a very good sleep every night. Breakfast are okay, so many choices and if you have to leave early in the morning, you can also ask for a little take away food. The staffs are very friendly. Especially, the guy from reception that he always greetings with smile and willing to answer every questions you ask. The hotel have limited parking which is cost 15 euro per day. We used this because it is convenient for us to park whenever and drive around whenever we want. The view above the rooftop also nice with swimming pool and good cocktail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back to stay again if we come to Madeira!

very welcoming, warm and cozy stay, super comfortable beds, beautiful garden area with nice view, delicious breakfast, super friendly staff. Great that we had the option to use a fridge and kitchen. Location is also great, close to the city. Free parking available. I can definitely recommend it.

Excellent location in quite area of Funchal. Room was equipped with everything and ene more like jams, Nutella, coffee capsules and cereals, mouth wash, soap, etc etc etc. Host was super friendly and guided how to find the stay.

- Best place I ever stay. It was at very good location. - The weather at Madeira is unpredictable but at this area was always sunny - There is beach close by ( by foot) - Supermarkets, restaurants down of the building - The Host Luis was most kind host I ever met. He was very helpful and friendly. - The view from the balcony OMG. It was the best. We enjoyed so much so we were buying dinner from the restaurant ( takeaway) and preferred to have it at the balcony - There is AC, the bed was comfy
