Very clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable and overall an amazing place to stay a night. Were provided with all the necessary equipment except for food. The vetilation system is also really good.

The apartment is in very good conditions. The cleaning was impeccable and the staff was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is good, close to the main highlights from Belem. We used uber and our rented car but there is a bus stop nearby as well for those that are planning to use public transport. The electric devices like AC, TV and oven were working perfectly.

I came to Lisbon to attend a conference for one week. The location of the house was on a reasonable foot-distance from my conference venue, so it suited me perfectly. The house was spacious for four people, with all the facilities as described. The property management team was very responsive, accommodating even extra requests that we might had. Furthermore, they even offered us a free cleaning service throughout our stay in the house.

The host was very responsive and the water heater provided sufficiently hot water. I love hot water. The location is continently placed close to social spots. The rooms have dim light s if you love bright light it can be rather jarring

If you look for 4 star hotel, you might be disappointed. But if you look for some authentic Lisbon experience, this exactly the place to be. We appreciated the friendly old time neighbourhood with not so many tourists around, the good value for money, the views over the rooftops towards the river and the vicinity of the Belem train stop. Also we were happy for all the help we got from the host at the beginning of our stay.
