Our experience was amazing, very clean and cozy hotel, tasty food during breakfast, we got the room with the window to the rooftop, and in the shower room there was a window too. Personnel is very friendly and eager to help. When I'm in Lisbon again, I'll stay there, if they have vacant rooms, as actually the hotel is very popular :)

The customer service was excellent, they were very quick to reply to my messages. When we arrived there were two bottles of water and a packet of crisps which was thoughtful of them.
