We loved everything about this new, central hotel. The room is well designed, with lots of space for storage (and real hangars!), bedside tables and good reading lamps, a desk and comfy chair, a small balcony, lots of outlets conveniently placed for charging devices, and fast internet. The all-important bed, pillows, shower and breakfast were great. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and genuinely concerned when my husband had to go to the hospital.

The staff!! Also breakfast, the view, our room, the pool, and did I mention staff?! So nice. The room was perfect, not huge but exactly what we needed, and the bathroom had this big lovely shower and great design.

This is a fabulous hotel! The staff is kind, courteous, and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the Alfama area, a great location to walk to the main sights. Breakfasts are great, too!
