The breakfast was amazing, with really attentive staff. The gym was excellent, with a great range of equipment. I particularly liked the cool down room for stretching afterwards. Junior suite was comfortable and clean.

Perfect location, close to the metro station and just 10 min drive from the airport. Amazing facilities, loved the SPA area. Great good: both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Really helpful staff.

We appreciated that the property was located in a quiet area of the city, close to the Lisbon Zoo (which we highly recommend visiting). Although the city center is a 20-minute metro ride away, there are two stations conveniently nearby. Laranjeiras station is just a 2-minute walk, and Jardim Zoológico station, which is in the direction of the city center, is about 10 minutes away—saving you time by skipping one station. We also loved the property’s interior garden and shared space for coffee and snacks, which gave us a cozy and comfortable feeling.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. We came to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with a beautifully decorated room and drinks as a lovely gesture. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommended and compliments to the whole team!

It was great experience to living there. All the necessary things were in the apartment. It was very clean. When we checked in, the air conditioning was on - big respect for that. The staff is very polite and concerned if everything is okay and nothing else is needed. Thank you!

We loved the apartment! It was very clean and neat and situated in a safe area. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well!

First of all, I don't have any photos of this apartment because I forgot to take them. But the photos on Booking don't lie. As always, they're taken in wide-angle mode, so the apartments always seem spacious. The one we stayed in is perfect for two people. The kitchenette is a bit small, but as tourists, we tended to eat out. The apartment is close to the Campolide train station. From there, you can get to the city center at Rossio station for just 2 euros. It's just one stop away. The nearest metro station is a bit further. And there's also another train station, Sete Rios. From both the Campolide and Sete Rios stations, you can reach the beautiful town of Sintra, where the famous Pena Palace is located. During our stay, it turned out that the (very small) district where the apartment is located is Bairro da Liberdade, the so-called "last favela of Lisbon." It's not a very safe neighborhood. However, we never once felt any danger. The street the building is on is sort of on the side of this small "favela." Google Maps doesn't have an updated street view. The company renting these apartments has several of these buildings next to each other. They are nicely renovated and (in my opinion) suitable for tourist rentals. Check-in is remote. This means you receive a link to a website where you check in. You fill out your personal information. On arrival, you receive a code to open the main door and another code to open the apartment door. As well as other information, including the Wi-Fi code. Communication with the people who manage these apartments is very quick, friendly, and helpful. Before we checked in, a nice lady was just finishing cleaning. The interior is clean and tidy. There's a washing machine, microwave, induction cooktop, and air conditioning. A very wide shower. The bed was comfortable. It was sufficient for our week-long stay. The only thing missing was a cutting board.
